From March 23 to 26, 2026, the mountain world will open up a special space for inner balance, awareness, and transformation. As an introductory offer, participation is free of charge for hotel guests. The retreat invites you to rediscover yourself, find balance, and acquire tools that will keep you centered even after the four days are over.

The retreat – content and focus
A path of transformation into the essence of being.
Together, we cross the threshold from the personal I to universal BEING. We lovingly leave behind roles, masks, and stories and remember what we have always been: pure consciousness – connected, expansive, luminous.
You can expect mindful body, breathing, and awareness work, accompanied by rituals that connect you with your inner source. Guided journeys and moments of silence, as well as a multi-layered encounter with your body – physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and ethereally – create space for group processes that enable transformation, insight, and realignment.
Your mentor
Tanja was born in South Tyrol and has deep roots there. For several years now, she has been helping people on their journey to greater inner balance, self-confidence, and lightness.
In her work, she focuses on mindful body and consciousness work. For her, it's not just about outer radiance – it's above all about inner glow, the moment when someone recognizes and accepts themselves again.
With great presence and sensitivity, she creates spaces where people can find peace, feel themselves, and realign. Nature is one of her most important sources of inspiration.
