Our wine cellar is the heart of a wine culture that has grown over the years. In the natural coolness of the rock - without any artificial air conditioning - around 20,000 bottles from all over the world are stored: fine wines from top Austrian winegrowers, rare vintages, wines full of character from famous regions, fine sweet wines and excellent champagnes.

At a constant 10 °C in summer and 8 °C in winter, the wine treasures feel particularly at home here. We have proudly uncorked many a highlight that has long been out of stock elsewhere. Our focus is on local wines - a pleasure that many international guests only experience here.
