Hotel Bergwelt offers two underground garages. The entrance to the garage is 210 cm wide and 215 cm high.
For most room categories, parking is already included in the room rate. Only in categories B1, A1, and A2 is parking not included.
The following fees apply to these room categories:

The hotel offers a total of 4 parking spaces with EV charging stations – 2 in each of the two underground garages.
Charging costs € 20 per charging session.
In addition, there are public EV charging stations located next to the church, just a few steps from the hotel.

Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment. We make every effort to begin all treatments on time. In case of late arrival, we may need to shorten your treatment accordingly.
Cancellation
Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 8 hours before the appointment will be charged at 50%, and no-shows at 100%.
Valuables
The Bergwelt Spa assumes no responsibility for lost valuables. We recommend storing your personal items in the safe in your hotel room.
Children
We offer treatments for kids and teens up to 16 years of age. Our swimming pool and Family Spa are available for all children under 12 years from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. For safety reasons, the fitness room may only be used by guests aged 16 and above.

Train where others catch their breath: Our new fitness area of around 29 m² offers modern equipment for an effective workout. Thanks to the altitude of nearly 2,000 meters, you benefit from the positive effects of altitude training – for greater endurance and a uniquely invigorating body sensation.

Experience high-quality facial and body treatments where natural cosmetics by TEAM DR JOSEPH meet traditional techniques. In addition to elements of fascia massage, special tools such as flower stamps and mouth-blown cups for biodynamic cupping are used.

In the Bergwelt Kids Club, children aged 3 and older are warmly welcome. Childcare is offered from Sunday to Friday from 10:00 to 16:00 and from 18:00 to 21:00. Our little guests can look forward to a variety of activities such as playing, crafting, singing, dancing, and a cozy children’s cinema in the playroom.
Kids’ lunch at midday and a children’s dinner table from 18:00 are included as part of the childcare program. One of the weekly highlights is pizza baking with our kitchen team.
For the perfect ski holiday, the Kids Club also offers a shuttle service to the ski school and ski kindergarten. In the room, children will find a kids’ bathrobe and, upon request, a baby cot, kettle, high chair, changing mat, and a baby monitor/camera (deposit € 50).
Childcare is included in your stay, allowing parents to enjoy relaxing hours in the spa or engage in other activities while their children are well taken care of.
Babysitting for younger children is available on request and for an additional fee.

Because relaxation knows no age limit: In our family-friendly hotel, even the little ones can enjoy big moments of well-being. With lovingly tailored wellness treatments that not only feel great but are also lots of fun.
At Bergwelt, your four-legged friends are warmly welcome with prior notification! Out of consideration for other hotel guests, dogs are not allowed in the restaurants. Please note that we charge € 25 per night for your loyal companion (food not included).
Dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the hotel.
Upon arrival, you will receive a blanket, bowl, and treats from us (please bring your own dog bed). Bathing dogs in the rooms is not permitted. When leaving your room, please use the “Four-legged friend in the room” door hanger.
