Gourmet weeks at Hotel Bergwelt

Culinary highlights. Personal encounters. Winter delights.

Delightful culinary experiences, inspiring wine evenings, regional specialities and special encounters: the Gourmet weeks at Hotel Bergwelt during the past winter season demonstrated just how beautifully winter holidays, fine dining and a personal atmosphere can be combined.

Following this great success, we are already looking forward to offering the Gourmet weeks again in the coming winter season.

The new dates will be announced shortly. So it’s well worth checking back here regularly or subscribing to our newsletter.

Why these weeks are special

The gourmet weeks are more than just a supporting program. They are an invitation to experience the Hotel Bergwelt in a different way: quieter, more enjoyable, more personal.

Focus on cuisine – kitchen, wine, and bar as an experience
Close to the action – meet chefs, winemakers, and hosts in person
Quiet season, full quality – relaxed atmosphere at the end of the season
Hotel Bergwelt feeling – even without having to hit the slopes every day

These weeks are a special highlight of winter, especially for connoisseurs, regular guests, and anyone who travels consciously.

Culinary artistry & encounters

Selected culinary experiences are all about craftsmanship, flavour and personal insights. Whether it’s Austrian classics, creative interpretations or little tips from the kitchen: the Culinary Weeks bring our guests closer to what is created every day at Hotel Bergwelt with such passion.

Depending on the programme, you can look forward to special culinary experiences, personal encounters with our kitchen team and delightful moments that will stay with you for a long time to come.

Regional delicacies

The region also plays an important role during the Culinary Weeks. Selected specialities from the Ötztal valley and the surrounding area demonstrate just how varied alpine cuisine can be.

From fine produce to lovingly presented tastings, visitors gain an authentic insight into the culinary side of Tyrol.
