While the sun rises over the mountains outside, you can expect freshly prepared egg dishes from the front chef, organic muesli with fresh fruit, vegetables and juices - everything you need for a day on the slopes. For connoisseurs, there's smoked salmon, Prosecco and alpine lightness in the morning.

After an active day on the slopes or relaxing hours in the spa, the culinary finale awaits. Whether in the Kaminstube, the Panorama Restaurant or one of our other stylish restaurants - enjoy a 5-course candlelit menu of your choice, accompanied by fine wines from our wine cellar, recommended by sommelier Ralph Moser.
Once a week we serve specialties from the Ötztal, Tuscany or Piedmont. And every Sunday: cocktail party with a view and a break from skiing.
