Your keen anticipation of your stay in Hotel Bergwelt may be spoilt by an unexpected event. You are unable to undertake the journey and you have to cancel. Until 41 days before your arrival, you can cancel your stay with us free of charge. After this deadline has passed, we will have to charge for cancellations in accordance with our cancellation terms in the event of cancellation or early departure, with no exceptions granted. For this reason, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance as we will not be able to bear the costs incurred under any circumstances.
