Sascha & Magdalena Falkner

OWNER FAMILY

Always open to a good conversation with our guests, Sascha and Magdalena Falkner steer the fortunes of our hotel with sensitivity and experience in the background. Together with Director Robert, they form a strong management team: he runs the day-to-day operations, they create space for ideas and development. Even though they deliberately stay in the background, they support the team at all times with their full commitment - both strategically and operationally.

Robert Krawczyk

DIRECTOR

Robert is the best example of how multitasking can be done with ease. Whether he's spreading good cheer, motivating the team, organizing hotel operations or taking time to talk to guests - nothing can ruffle his feathers so quickly. With his energy, openness and natural manner, he shapes the hotel and sets the pace.

Eliza Gajdacs

ASSISTANT MANAGER

Eliza actually prefers to tinker with computers and develop creative digital solutions. In the background, she supports Robert and the team with a great deal of expertise and sensitivity. But when the need arises, she throws on her invisible superhero cape - and is reliably on hand exactly where she is needed.

Ralph Moser

MAîTRE / RESTAURANT MANAGER / SOMMELIER

As maître, Ralf is responsible for the entire restaurant area and combines professionalism with warmth in service. He coordinates the team, ensures that everything runs smoothly and makes sure that every guest feels completely at ease. As an experienced sommelier, he provides expert advice on wine selection and rounds off the culinary experience. With his eye for quality, details and guest requirements, he plays a key role in shaping the atmosphere of our hotel.

Frederik Bausch

CHEF DE CUISINE

Frederik is the culinary heart of the Bergwelt - he has been part of the team for over twenty years and shapes the character of the hotel with his cuisine. As Chef de Cuisine, he knows how to reinterpret traditional Tyrolean dishes in a modern and surprising way. With a great deal of passion, creativity and a fine sense of taste, he conjures up moments of pleasure that will be remembered.

Manfred Wiesbauer

OPERATIONS MANAGER FOR GASTRONOMY & STAFF

Manfred is much more than his title suggests - he is the heart, brain and organizational talent behind the scenes. With a focus on food & beverage and personnel management, he ensures that processes in the kitchen, service and team run smoothly. He develops new culinary concepts, plans operations and supports employees. As the link between management, team and guests, he plays a decisive role in shaping our quality and warmth.

George

RESTAURANT MANAGER

George is a true all-rounder and stands out in particular for his strong teamwork skills. Together with Ralph and Manfred, he ensures that every little cog meshes perfectly and that everything in the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently. With his dedication, versatility, and positive attitude, he enriches the Hotel Bergwelt every day, and we are very happy to have him on our team. 

Leo

RECEPTION MANAGER

Leo is often the first face our guests see when they arrive at Hotel Bergwelt – warm, relaxed, and attentive. With his superb organizational skills, he keeps track of everything even in busy moments, provides cross-departmental support, and finds the right solution for every issue. His calm, positive manner inspires confidence – among guests and team members alike.

Adrian

BAR MANAGER

Adrian inspires guests at the bar with his creativity, in-depth expertise, and keen sense of trends. With his calm, confident manner, he combines first-class enjoyment with a relaxed atmosphere. As bar manager, he ensures that everything runs smoothly, is a dedicated host, and is a reliable source of calm for guests and staff alike.

Nadja

HEAD HOUSEKEEPER

Nadja is the heart and soul of our housekeeping team. With her wealth of experience, keen sense of order, and attention to detail, she ensures that our hotel is always well maintained, inviting, and perfectly prepared. As a strong coordinator with empathetic leadership skills, she motivates her team every day and makes sure that our guests feel completely at home.

Veronika

Assistant housekeeper

Veronika is a reliable pillar of our housekeeping team. With dedication, a willingness to learn, and a keen eye for detail, she is growing into her role step by step – in her own unique way. Even when filling in for others, she ensures that cleanliness, tidiness, and organization remain at the usual high standard and that our hotel is perfectly prepared.

Attila

Caretaker

Even during busy periods, Attila always keeps track of everything and, together with his strong team, ensures that all necessary repairs are carried out quickly and reliably. With his calm manner, organisational skills and commitment, he also helps to ensure that everything runs smoothly in the mountains.
